Ever since Pak Dewa Anggarayasa has joined Cafe Lotus as head of our kitchen team he has gradually upgraded both our Indonesian/Balinese as well as our western-inspired menu items. In designing our menu we have tried to strike a balance to suit our international clientele who would like to try Balinese and Indonesian recipes and those who – after lengthier stays in the islands – need flavours
closer to home.

About 80 percent of our dishes are prepared á la minute with predominantly local ingredients. Daily delivery of meats, fresh fish and seafood, and of course our volume (of business) guarantees freshness.
Cafe Lotus serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus specific for the time of day.
